6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We currently ship within India only. Orders will be delivered within 10-12 working days depending on the location.
6.2 While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Foyers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, logistics issues, or strikes.
6.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 You may request a return within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
7.2 Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing times may vary.
7.3 Refunds will be credited within 3-5 working days to the original payment method used. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
